Owner of Home Inspections By Marco

Marco Dermith

Marco Dermith conceived of and built Home Inspections by Marco Inc as a people, community focused business. Started from the ground up, Marco has been serving the greater Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, Western Massachusetts, and Northern Connecticut communities by providing home and commercial property inspections for the past 25 years. Marco is licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut and is bilingual/ bi-cultural, English/Spanish and offers inspections conducted in Spanish. Marco also holds the highest level of membership in ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).

Marco’s previous experience includes serving as the Home Inspection Supervisor at a local housing agency, Director of Home Improvement Services at New North Citizen’s Council, and social worker in the Berkshire County community. Marco also has done extensive course work in entomology in Honduras.

Marco’s job is to provide you with a comprehensive summary of the condition of the property you wish to purchase; inform you about substandard workmanship and areas of potential danger; and give you the best possible information, both verbal and written to help you make an informed investment decision and help you feel secure about your investment

Marco’s dedication to the community is evident in his work with first time homebuyers and the organizations that support families and individuals in the purchase of a home. In addition, Marco also has a love of Latino music and hosts a weekly radio program on WTCC 90. Marco also enjoys working on a variety of art projects from jewelry making, creating dream catchers, and painting.

Judy Feinstein

Judy Feinstein, Marco’s wife manages Home Inspections By Marco and books all appointments. Judy is retired from the University Of Connecticut School Of Social Work where she was on contract to the Connecticut Department Of Social Services as Director of Organizational and Skill Development. In addition, Judy taught at both the U CONN School of Social Work and Springfield College. Judy’s experience in the field of social work translates to her commitment to provide you personalized service to meet your needs. She believes that relationship building is the key to successful partnerships.
